What do you think about the prospect of me opening an architectural business in this place?
Do you think there are client-worthy individuals around?
I need to create! I feel like I'm going stir-crazy.

And I need to add something to the horizon that isn't mushroom-shaped.

And you wouldn't take this opportunity to pursue something else? No debt and no rent gives you more financial freedom than you've seen in years despite not of our reduced incomes.

Who said anything about going into debt?! We're in a strange, mystical world! Why even assume that debt even exists here?!

I was born to create!! I can't survive if I'm not making art! Ugh! Why did I even bother trying to talk to you about this!?

I only mean that, if you wanted, you could change course to another industry entirely.

Besides, what other industry would suit me?

You could always start selling portraits or ceramics.

Well, yes. I guess I could. But those don't nearly interest me enough.

Architecture isn't just beauty and aesthetics. It's mathematics, longevity, precision, stability. It's art and science. It is what I live for.

You'll likely find more work among the local population. What if they ask you to build more mushrooms?

I'm confident that I could create something mushroom-shaped with a little more pizzazz.

It's not that mushroom buildings are a bad idea, or anything ...

I'll look forward to seeing your designs to improve a housing shape you have insisted is unsalvageable since we moved in.

As soon as they approve your business permit.

Then your complaints about the house are purely exaggeration? No need to spend any money on all of those renovations you must have been dreaming up.

Before worrying about any aesthetic work, we should repair the damage to our house from a couple weeks ago. One of the windows broke from those vines and it's letting in a draft.

Although... I will need supplies.
It'll be cold at night. What will we do in the meantime?

We could always put a sheet up in the interim.

[It does nothing for he cold but it stops the wind and that's what Alhaitham really cares about.]
