Ultimately we have to survive on what we're provided. And Kaveh continues to do a lot of cooking himself in my apartment.

Just ideas. But I won't say no to recipes.

Any stores selling some rarer spices or ingredients? Most of the ones I've found are missing things.

I prefer dishes that focus on meat. Kaveh likes cream and fresh fruits along with anything that has a soup base. I can provide recipes for that.

There's no functioning economy so whatever is stocked you're free to take. As for spices, I know of a few grocers depending on which ones you're looking for.

Anyway, what Hat Guy gets next: recipes for Ideal Circumstance, fatteh, and harira all with slight modifications replacing ingredients only native to Teyvat.

We've been getting ingredients for Sumeran dishes from the first two, there are many Liyuen and Inazuman options in the second, and the last two are smaller grocers that have an eclectic variety if you're looking for anything out of the ordinary.

[ Recipes are recipes. Anything will give him more value for his bargaining later. That they're modified helps a lot though. It gives him some ideas as to what spices he might be able to substitute for the spices native to Teyvat. He definitely plans on going on a taste testing spree with everything he can find, but this helps. ]
